The Recon Scout is a mobile reconnaisance robot designed to aid in SWAT and CERT operations by giving your team real-time high definition video intelligence of areas not yet secured. Recon Scout is a set of eyes where you may not neccesarily want to stick your head. 
   
   Clear video streams to a handheld operator control unit up to 100 ft. or to a mobile command vehicle array up to 1000 ft. away.
    
    Recon Scout is in use by departments across the U.S. and has proven valuable for barricades, raids, hostage stand-off scenarios, under-vehicle inspections, inhospitable environments, and other volitile situations including potentially dangerous or armed offenders. 
   
    The Recon Scout has been tagged a "throw-bot" as its rugged titanium shell can withstand all the abuse you can dish out. Designed to go over walls, on roofs, and through windows, your team will find Recon Scout readily and easily deployable into a variety of scenarios.
As an option,  the Recon Scout can be IR equipped with an illuminating beacon to "paint" up to 25 feet ahead of itself and bring back valuable high-res images from complete darkness.
